The new website, which uses the brand name ‘Carl Ballard Wedding Dress Design’, has more of an emphasis on bespoke wedding dresses and accessories, which Mr Ballard has identified as a growth market in 2013.
Mr Ballard said: “More and more people are looking for custom-made dresses despite the fact that we still, as a nation, seem to be in the depths of a recession.
