New Full Service MLS Listing Service To Help Sellers List and Market Their Property for only $895 Flat Fee Instead Of 6% Commission.

Independence, KY January 13, 2016 - Lifelong Northern Kentucky resident, Cristen Appleton has been a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Services for the past 2 years. In that time, Appleton has been awarded multiple awards from what was a very supportive brokerage that taught her a great deal as a new agent. While she flourished as a buyers agent, Cristens listing business wasn’t blowing any doors off.

“I never felt comfortable pushing people for 6% commission to list their homes and didn’t have much control over what I was charging clients. I may sell someone's house in 2 or 3 weeks, but I didn’t feel what I made from that was worth it to my clients, so I didn’t go after listings very often.
