Honestly, I’m afraid about what is going on with our food supply here in the USA. The FDA is not doing their job of protecting us from poisonous foods. Obesity is rising in the last 30 years and is getting worse, equal to the use of genetic engineering and the use of pesticides. Obesity has doubled in the last 20 years globally and in the USA, over 60% of us are obese. Something is seriously wrong. Cancer rates are skyrocketing as are a host of other diseases.

Remember the saying, “You are what you eat“? Well, we are GMO’s. We are roundup, artificial sweeteners, poison, hormones, food dye, MSG and many other Acronyms that we don’tunderstand. And they are dangerous (just look at the health of Americans). It doesn’t matter how much we wash an ear of corn. We’re eating pesticides, chemicals, and new ‘foods’. Some people truly believe, that the food source of today is the safest it has ever been. They embrace Genetically Modified fooda wholeheartedly. And they accept irradiation of food, and blindly stuff themselves with the latest food experiment….That is, the human food experiment. We eat High Fructose Corn Syrup as it is in just about everything that we eat. Processed foods have almost no nutrition in them anymore.

Daily, Americans are exposed to at least 10 to 13 different pesticides from our food and drinking water. Nine of the 10 most common pesticides are endocrine-disrupting, which have been linked to weight gain! And this is legal? Fluoride is also in our water, which is a known toxic substance.

Genetic engineering food causes infertility, death, tumors, cancer, etc. and those toxins are in the GM foods. It has increased the level of allergens, altered the composition of protein and other nutrients, increasing the GM crop’s absorption of pesticides and other chemicals. A study in the International Journal of Obesity from researchers at 10 different universities, found that the use of hormones in factory meat production could be a contributor to the obesity epidemic. It is known that many toxins preferentially accumulate in fat cells. In the USA, 88 percent of the corn, 93 percent of the canola, and 94 percent of the soybeans are genetically-modified, and are heavily sprayed with biocides such as glyphosate. Eating the tofu, soy milk, you are consuming toxins.

Chillingly, this is just the tip of the iceberg. MSG has also been linked to obesity, and it is in sauces, and processed foods. Then there are the Phthalates (used in many plastics) also linked to obesity. Endocrine disrupting pharmaceuticals and meds have shown up in ‘tap’ water.

What can you do? Eat organic foods. Eat ‘grass fed’ meat instead of corn fed. Use glass instead of plastic as often as possible. Avoid canned food unless it states BPA free. Eat yogurt or other food containing probiotics to help restore healthy intestinal flora. Suggest to your grocery store that you will only purchase real food that doesn’t contain BPA, Phthalates, Hormones, Antibiotics, canola, GMO, etc. The more people that insist on buying foods instead of poison the more we can help the situation. Corn, Soy, Canola Oil and Cottonseed oil are the most common.

So, when you eat poison, it is encapsulated by FAT and the more poisons you eat the more FAT you get. It’s protecting you from the poison. Eat real food that is not poisonous. The FDA is not protecting us so don’trely on the idea that “if it’s in the grocery store, it’s safe“.
