Western State Design is hosting an open house October 18 & 19 with a full schedule of coin laundry seminars, equipment demonstrations, maintenance seminars for Dexter coin laundry equipment and, in addition, there will be special pricing and financing options available. 

Following are the scheduled events hosted in Southern CA at the WSD Cerritos office, 17000 Marquardt Ave, Cerritos, CA 90703:
- Friday, October 18th — 9am to 3pm — Dexter Service School
- Friday, October 18th — 4pm to 6pm — Investment Seminar, “The ABC’s For Potential Coin Laundry Owners” for new coin laundry owners
- Saturday, October 19th — 9am to 4pm – OPEN HOUSE with live demonstrations showing card systems, and a seminar of industry trends. Additionally, there will be Dexter and other manufacturers displaying their equipment.

WSD plans to share their forty years of expertise with guest speakers and coin laundry vendors to show how to increase revenue and profit for laundry owners. Guests include insurance professionals, tax advisors, Southern California Gas, Southern California Edison representatives discussing rebates and other vendors offering the latest laundry equipment including Dexter coin-operated washers and dryers hooked up and operating. 

“The ABC’s For Potential Coin Laundry Owners”, the investment seminar, is a packed two hour seminar covering the state of the laundry business, financing, leasing, location & demographics, operations, business models and evaluating income potential. 

The investment seminar on October 18th and Open House on October 19th will feature a keynote address from industry expert Mr. Craig Kirchner, Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service of Dexter Laundry located in Fairfield, Iowa. 

There will be special pricing for equipment and parts for laundry equipment and parts available during the WSD Open House on Saturday, October 19th.
