Decoction made by mixing 50 mg of tamarind and 250 ml of water and boiling it on a low flame for few minutes, later one teaspoon of clarified butter and half a teaspoon of pepper mixed in it. Consumption of this mixture can remove nasal blockages and throat soreness for immediate relief. There are many other herbs which also provide natural remedies for relieving common cold symptoms.
